Everybody is family when they’re at Greens Family Grill. At Greens Family Grill we slow smoke all our meats: ribs, pork, chicken and beef brisket. Our premium meats are rubbed with a secret combination of dry spices, marinated for 24 hours, then are smoked low and slow in the pit over a combination of hickory and pecan woods. No sauce is ever introduced into the pit.
We give you our best. Ribs. Pork. Chicken. Brisket. Hell, even sausage. All BBQ has the same three basic ingredients: smoke, meat and time. What makes it different is the amount, consideration and attention to each part of that recipe. That, and some really great bbq sauce, too.
